Recently I saw an article about body language.
Here's what I learnt from that article:
A good presenter:
- Look straight at the audience
- Stand tall and try to get close to the audience
- Use their hands to express their emotions
- Can manage their stress level
- Can make a confidence and attractive entrance
- Prefer to move around the stage
and avoids:
- Stepping back while making a decision
- Crossing arms across the chest
- Pointing finger at audience
- Punching motions
- Standing while holding their hip
- Pacing back and forth
